Terms of service

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Overview

Welcome to Napandroll! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"), and any purchase you make through them. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Napandroll.

Seller information: Napandroll is a brand operated by Samuel Carballo Pacheco, Tax ID (NIF) 71786634T, Camino de la Iglesia 20, 33690 Llanera (Asturias), Spain. Email: nickredlight@gmail.com.

Napandroll is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology that enables us to offer the Services. All sales are made directly between you and Napandroll.

By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these Terms. Please read them carefully. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. If any part of these Terms is less favourable to you than those laws, those laws prevail.

1. Access and account

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your country of residence. You agree that the information you provide (such as your email, billing, payment and shipping details) is correct, current and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. You may not transfer or sell your account to another person.

2. Our products

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and device settings. Product descriptions may be updated, and we may discontinue products or limit quantities per order or per region. Changes never affect orders we have already confirmed. All products comply with the description given at the time of purchase and are covered by the legal guarantee described in section 7.

3. How to place an order and when the contract is formed

To place an order: (1) select your products and add them to your cart; (2) go to checkout and enter your contact, shipping and payment details; (3) review your order summary, including the total price, taxes and shipping costs, and correct any errors using the edit options available at checkout; (4) click the payment button to submit your order, which constitutes an obligation to pay.

After you submit your order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt and confirming your order, normally within 24 hours. The contract is formed when we send that order confirmation. We may decline an order before confirming it (for example, due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error); if so, we will not charge you or will refund any amount charged in full.

We keep an electronic record of your order, and a copy of the order details is sent to you by email and is available in your account. The contract is concluded in English.

Our products are sold for your own personal or household use, not for commercial resale.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed in our store. For customers in the European Union, prices include VAT. Before you pay, we will show you the total price of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping costs.

For deliveries outside the European Union, your country may charge import duties, taxes or customs fees. Where these are collected by us at checkout, they will be shown in your order total. Where they are not, they will be charged by your local customs authority or carrier upon delivery and are payable by you. We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering.

The price that applies is the price shown at the time you place your order. Promotions may be subject to their own terms, which will be shown to you before purchase. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping and delivery

We will deliver your order to the address you provide, within the delivery timeframe shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Unless a different timeframe has been agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of the order confirmation.

If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe, you may give us a reasonable additional period to do so. If we still fail to deliver, or if delivery on time was essential, you may cancel the order and we will refund all amounts paid without undue delay.

The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when you, or a person you designate (other than the carrier), take physical possession of them. If you choose your own carrier, risk passes when the products are handed to that carrier. Products lost or damaged in transit before delivery are our responsibility.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events genuinely beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, strikes or actions by authorities). If such an event occurs, we will inform you, and you may cancel your order for a full refund if the delay is significant.

6. Right of withdrawal, returns and cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped, and you may return products under our 90-day Refund & Returns Policy. Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom also have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Full details, including the model withdrawal form, are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Legal guarantee

All our products are covered by a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery. If a product is faulty or does not match its description, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced free of charge or, where that is not possible, to a price reduction or a full refund. This guarantee is in addition to any other rights you have under the laws of your country. See our Refund & Returns Policy for how to make a claim.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Services, including trademarks, the Napandroll name and logo, texts, images, graphics, videos and product listings, is owned by Napandroll or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws in Spain, the European Union and internationally. You may use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or publicly display any of this content without our prior written consent. Buying a product does not give you any intellectual property rights in it. Shopify's name and logo are trademarks of Shopify; other names and logos belong to their respective owners.

9. Reviews and feedback

If you submit a review, comment, suggestion or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce and publish it in connection with the Services and our marketing. You confirm that your Feedback is honest, reflects your own experience, does not infringe anyone's rights and is not unlawful, offensive or misleading. You must disclose any incentive received for a review. We may remove Feedback that breaches these Terms.

How we handle reviews: [CHOOSE ONE: "We only publish reviews from customers who have purchased the product, which we verify through our order records." / "We do not verify that reviews come from customers who have purchased the product."] We publish both positive and negative reviews and do not alter their content.

10. Third-party tools and links

The Services may include tools, content or links provided by third parties. We do not control those third-party services and are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is subject to their own terms. This does not affect our responsibility for the products we sell to you.

11. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and Napandroll only, and Shopify is not a party to it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for the sale of products between you and Napandroll.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain data on our behalf to provide, secure and improve the Services and to prevent fraud. Please review our Privacy Policy and Shopify's privacy policy for details.

13. Errors and inaccuracies

Occasionally the Services may contain errors relating to product descriptions, prices, availability or shipping times. We may correct such errors at any time. If an order is affected by an obvious error (for example, a price that is clearly incorrect), we will contact you and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If an order is cancelled for this reason, we will refund all amounts paid in full.

14. Prohibited uses

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You must not: (a) use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; (b) infringe our or others' intellectual property rights; (c) harass, abuse, defame or harm any person; (d) provide false or misleading information or impersonate another person; (e) send spam or unsolicited advertising; (f) upload viruses or malicious code; (g) copy, resell or exploit any part of the Services without our consent; (h) collect other users' personal data; (i) use robots, spiders, scrapers or other automated tools, including AI agents, to access the Services except as permitted in section 15; or (j) circumvent any security or access-control measures.

15. Agents

An "Agent" is any software or service that acts autonomously or semi-autonomously on behalf of a person. Any Agent accessing the Services must: (a) identify itself in every HTTP/HTTPS request by including "Agent/[agent name]" in its user agent string; (b) not conceal that it is an Agent, mimic human behaviour or bypass CAPTCHAs or similar measures; (c) respond truthfully if asked whether it is a human or a computer; and (d) not circumvent any measure we use to limit or control Agents. We may restrict or block Agent access at any time.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously breach these Terms, for example in cases of fraud or misuse of the Services. Where reasonable, we will inform you of the reason. Suspension or termination does not affect orders already confirmed, which we will fulfil or refund, or any rights you have acquired, including your right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee.

17. Our liability

We are responsible for the products we sell and for the proper performance of our contract with you, in accordance with applicable law. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or that are caused by your own breach of these Terms or by events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or wilful misconduct; gross negligence; liability for defective products; your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws that apply to you.

18. Your responsibility

You are responsible for any damage you cause to us or to third parties through a wilful or negligent breach of these Terms or of applicable law, in accordance with the laws that apply to you.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be removed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

20. Entire agreement and waiver

These Terms, together with the policies referred to in them, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

21. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another entity, provided that this does not reduce your rights or guarantees as a consumer. We will inform you of any such transfer.

22. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. However, if you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your right to rely on them.

If you are a consumer, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of residence or in the courts of Spain. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, we may only bring proceedings against you in the courts of your country of residence.

23. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us at nickredlight@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days and do our best to resolve it amicably. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available on request. We do not currently participate in any alternative dispute resolution scheme. You may also contact the consumer protection authority of your country.

24. Language

These Terms and all contracts concluded through the Services are available in English. If we provide a translation, the English version will prevail, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.

25. Electronic communications

You agree that we may send you communications relating to your orders, account, returns and these Terms by email or through your account. We will only send you marketing communications if you have given your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every marketing email.

26. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect legal or operational changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with the date of the last update. Each order is governed by the version of the Terms in force at the time you placed it. Changes do not apply to orders already placed.
